"I would recommend Picasso Hotel for any traveler that is looking for a budget accommodation (or booking last minute trip on a holiday weekend like us and had very limited mid-priced hotel options). While most of the staff did not speak English, I found the staff very friendly and willing to help. One of the men working (who spoke a little English) helped our group one morning when our rental car wouldn't start. He called the rental agency for us and had someone to the hotel within 10 minutes...
