"Amazing 5 star hotel. Excellent staff. Breakfast is delicious. We lost our stroller at the airport. Hotel staff helped order a new stroller online and shipped directly to our room. We also forgot our daughter's favorite stuff animal during check out. Customer service immediately emailed me, and arranged for shipment to our next hotel destination. Such and amazing experience and we will return to Wardolf Astoria Bejing."
