"All the staff were so kind and very helpful. They helped us with tours,directions, and even ways to save money on the tours we wanted. We were given a ver nice room upgrade. Breakfast was delicious."

I could hear the pipes the whole night from the room (probably from people flusing upstairs). Also, there wasn't any bath shampoo (either finished or not working). "

"Our room was next to a room that was flooded and the smell on the corridor was awful. I don't understand why they put us on that floor, near that room, when the hotel was not at all at full capacity. The breakfast was OK. I will not stay at this hotel again. Calling this a 5* hotel is ridiculous."

Close walk to E100 bus to/from airport transport. and other transport. Short walking distance to St Stephens, Jewish Synagogue, food and shopping. Restaurant in hotel for breakfast and lunch."
