"Only gripe is that there is no common area to sit and relax. No breakfast offered. Because this hotel has small kitchenettes in each room, it is better equipped for someone who will be staying for several days and would desire to cook their own meals in the room. There are better options in the area for guests who only need a night or two and want a hotel bar, breakfast, and common areas."

"This was really a downscale facility. Furnishings were cheap, no boxspring on bed, really cheap chairs in the room, low quality amenities, I never saw a bar of soap that small. For the money I have stayed in much better facilities. That said, the location was great, and it was pretty clean. I have grandkids in Austin and go once a month to visit. My usual hotel was booked so I tried the Archer. While nothing offended me, I would not come back. If I can’t get in my usual again, I would search other facilities."
