"Room was amazing, tub was huge! Balcony was nice love having a fireplace. Great staff and room was freshly cleaned daily with new towels."

"The property was clean and the room was nice. Very comfortable bed. The staff were less than friendly and not helpful. They have multiple pending changes on my account. The staff was less than helpful when I called to ask about it. I will check my bank tomorrow hoping the pending changes will fall off. If not I was told it can take 7-10 days to get my money back."

"Great location and convenient with restaurant and bar on site. Peaceful setting with beautiful landscaping even though in the middle of town."

"Clean and convenient"

"Very clean, great breakfast. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable."

"Extremely clean and great space for a business trip or weekend getaway! Breakfast was great"

"We enjoyed our stay although the location wasn’t the best for where we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and there was no noise from other visitors. The breakfast wasn’t as good as some I’ve had… very basic. I would say that the staff were consistently friendly and helpful."

"The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor."

"Staff at this hotel were lovely and so kind, We will be back next year for ACL!"

"A dated property but well maintained. Staff was more interested in helping and making sure that everything was okay with the room. Restroom zinc was clogged as I walked into the room; I reported it to one of the cleaning staff and they sent someone immediately; not a good experience with a checking involving a clogged zinc. The rest of the stay was good with an awesome bartender. I stayed next to a room with a plastic cover not sure what happened but a musky odor was present in the aisle. Again...
