"Lovely place, really friendly and helpful staff. Close to all local amenities and sea front only a five minute walk away. The bathroom was a tad compact but it was clean and did the job. From what I could see it appeared to be the only one in the area that had any parking too which was a huge bonus. The only downside really was the WiFi was a tad slow. Other than that overall cannot fault anything else. Would happily stay again. "

"I like this hotel and use regularly on a monthly basis. Yes, it’s a dated hotel, but its a very charming reminder of the beauty it once was in its day. The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. As a lone female traveler, I feel safe here. Any room requests etc, they happily oblige. "

"It was quiet, lots of picturesque views of Blackpool Tower and the promenade and also of the Big One at Pleasure Beach in the distance. The location is ideal as it’s not in the middle of everything going on, staff were very polite and whilst there are facilities like the pool and Sauna etc we didn’t make use of during this stay we would definitely be inclined to make use of them on a future visit!"

"Seems slightly unfair to rate the hotel as only used it for sleep the two nights I was there (didn't have breakfast/dinner). The staff were good from the interactions we did have. The hotel itself looks a bit tired although you can see improvements being done. I can imagine in it's heyday this was chock a block. Tram stop right outside the hotel made transport easy. Was value for the price we paid."

"At first I was very sceptical because of the negative reviews, ut I am glad to say that our stay was more than pleasant. Our room was huge as was the bathroom all immaculate, breakfast was only continental but more than adequate. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back again."
