"The house was ready for us when we arrived. There were two kayaks and one big canoe we could use any time. The area is very quiet, even though there are many cottages around. The hosts are very cultured and discreet. "

"We had a wonderful stay on Lake Nipissing’s West Arm. Sherry’s property is very comfortable and a private setting. Had we been able to stay longer than two days, we would’ve loved to enjoy the hot tub. She was kind enough to extend our checkout time, although we needed to be underway early on our departing day."

"My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. This was our best experience we have had on any over night stay, anywhere! The property was extremely clean. Pretty private, Very well equipped with anything you might need. The views were spectacular, the water was beautiful and the dock and area around it well maintained. Great for a swim or some fishing,kayak/ canoeing. There are endless things to do. We will be back for sure. Luc the host was great, he was available for any questions we had. He made it a very inviting experience without being at all intrusive. Highly recommend!!!! Amazing place!"

"It was an overnight stay for a medical procedure. It was fairly quiet and the owner was pleasant and helpful. Id stay here again. Also it is close to the West Nippising Hospital."

"Honestly wasnt bad over all exsept hairs in the sink and over dirty and some hairs on the bedding. And ac units left in the windows still so was a bit drafty. But honsstly was grate location and everything other then the cleaner not cleaning proper. I would stay there again if still available next time i go up and is cleaned proper"
