"Estou extremamente chateada com minha estadia neste hotel. Foi um verdadeiro pesadelo do início ao fim. O chuveiro era horrível, o espelho estava todo estragado, e, para completar, à meia-noite, o ar-condicionado começou a fazer um barulho absurdo e a pingar sem parar, inclusive na cama. Solicitamos a troca de quarto às 00h30 e nos transferiram para um quarto onde o ar-condicionado simplesmente não funcionava. Ao reclamar novamente, nos deram outra opção, mas, para nossa surpresa, o quarto...

"I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool."

"The property has amazing views of the valley. The rooms are good but need some refurbish. There needs to be a concierge."
