"Check in was fine they called the day before and said the cable was not working. Might be fixed or I could cancel. Well I’m one day out and I don’t want to cancel so it will be fine. Well open the room it’s small okay no big deal, but the tv not even plugged in. A/c not on so it’s hot and the fridge was hot as well so glad I didn’t have food to put in right away as I’m spending 4 nights. Get fridge to turn on after having to find a plug for it to plug in. "I found the staff to be extremely helpful. I had to check out before 5:15 am to catch an early flight and one of the staff members offered to set up the coffee service for me, even though it was over an hour before they normally serve breakfast, so I could grab a cup of coffee on my way out. It was a small thing but it made my day! Next time I’m in Madison I’ll be staying here. 🤗"
