"From the first moment, service was friendly and efficient. Check-in was seamless. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The sink was separate to the bathroom, with no door to the sink area. Breakfast was great. Evening meals were very good, although there was a hiccup with our dessert (mudcake) coming 3/4 frozen after a long period of time. The bar staff were tardy in coming to customers waiting to be seated. All in all a great place and we would come again."

"The room was a good size and included a washing machine. It also had easy access to Marvel Stadium and southern cross station via the exit on the 4th floor. Overall a pleasant experience. "
