"We really loved our stay here! The staff were so polite and accommodating. The rooms have everything you need, are clean, and the beds are super comfy."

"Lovely place to stay in Melbourne. Comfortable rooms with sink in and relax king size beds. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Loved the roof top terrace. Helpful and very friendly and efficient staff. Perfect position close to fabulous restaurants. Adjacent to the Theatre District at the top end of town. Cannot fault the hotel and would definitely recommend to my friends and family."

"They need to repair the floor around the elevator entrance on ground floor and straighten the paintings hanging crooked in the lobby. A hotel of this stature needs to be super vigilant of the detais. Housekeeping was excellent and prompt, breakfast was excellent. We will come back."

"The hotel itself was nice — clean, well appointed and comfortable. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed. I had paid extra for breakfast and a 1pm late checkout. As I was running the Melbourne Marathon, I couldn’t attend breakfast, so the hotel provided a breakfast box instead. Unfortunately, it was poor quality, with stale pastries and nothing that seemed particularly fresh. After returning exhausted from the marathon, I asked if I could extend my already-paid late checkout from 1pm...

"This hotel is wonderful. Fantastic amenities, the staff are so kind and welcoming. I surprised my partner with a stay here for our anniversary and they went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!"
