"First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!"

"This is a Basic hotel, spent 1 night. It clearly Needs some upgrading and updates. Location was adequate, 15 minutes to city center walking through the neighborhood streets. Located near El Corte Inglés as you enter Granada. Good location if you don’t want to drive through the messy city traffic. Hotel is on the first floor (second floor really by European standards) , no elevator requires to carry your own luggage up a flight of stairs. I was told at check in the Hotel offers onsite...
