"The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the train station. Right in the middle of everything overlooking the river. Close to coffee, restaurants, shopping etc. The propery itself is well kept, clean and safe. Fun lobby to hang out in that spills into a restaurant and also into a lounge. "We loved how quiet the hotel and surrounding streets are. The beds were very comfortable. And, the area was conveniently located. The staff was mixed. Cristina was great, making good dinner recommendations, and affording an early check-in. Another staff member, said, at 6:30 in the morning, that “she wasn’t here yet”(?) And, when I asked her to send a postcard back to the US, with their next mail, she seemed very put out. So, I asked for it back, and sent it myself. Not a friendly face, first...

"Mixed feelings about our stay. The room was clean, beds comfy, breakfast was good and worth the price, and the bar staff was nice and even gave us a free coffee. And the check in staff gave me extra pillows and a fan (the rooms are stuffy, no or minimal A/c). But the surrounding area is boring, so you are alway headed down toward the old part and lake to eat, etc. Not even a coffee shop nearby. So while the hotel is fine, it’s also not exciting. One bonus was it was quick and easy to get to...
