"Everything was top notch. Super friendly and helpful staff recommended 2 great restaurants and very helpful with getting the train to the airport. Also, I have to comment on the bathroom. European bathrooms can be so small, small showers are hard to shave legs in. But, this one had 3 hangers for the shower head making it so much easier! Also, very stylish. Old world charm meets modern comfort. And, who doesn't like Rosti mit eier fur fruhstuck?!"

"الفندق من اروع الفنادق التي سكنتها وهو رااااقي جدا جدا ومن نوادر الفنادق التي جمعت بين العرقة الفخامة والتكنلوجي وجودة الخدمة كانت الاقامة اكثر من رائعة تم اعطائنا غرفة ديلوكس مع تراس مطل على الخارج وتلبية طلباتنا كانت ممتاااازة جدا وطلبنا منهم تمديد الخروج ساعتين ورحبو جدا حتى اننا طلبنا خدمة غسيل الملابس وتأخرت علينا واتصلت نائة المدير واعتذرت وطلبت الجلوس في الفندق لحين الانتهاء منها وبكل اريحية وسرور خدمة جميع العاملين بلا استثناء فوق الممتازة واخص منهم (سبستيان)"

"Great location! A 5 minute walk from the train, tram and even bus. Located right in the heart of the center so most things where within walking distance. The hotel itself was fantastic and clean. The rooms weren’t very spacious but it’s perfect for a quick 2/3 day trip. Staff were super friendly and helpful and recommended a great cafe for us to try. "
