"Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Changed the pressure in my bed and brought me an extra pillow to help me recover from my flight. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Severs at breakfast were also courteous and helpful. Food at. Breakfast was very solid, good, and reliable. Bathroom was clean and well designed. I liked that I could have a tub. I appreciated that there was both a desk chair and sitting chair. Climate control worked well. "

Communication was great with their employees (who spoke English, Spanish, and German), answering questions and giving advice at check-in while also giving a Whatapp number that allows for quick responses.
