"Fantastic location to explore the Jungfraujoch region. Wonderful room spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was consistently good and staff were amenable and friendly. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Jungfraujoch region. Train station directly outside the hotel was fantastic and made it easy to get around on day trips. Rooms are well insulated and didn’t hear any train noise throughout our entire stay, 3 nights."

"This hotel was fantastic, from the staff (extremely friendly and accommodating), to the hotel rooms (beds comfortable, pillows/sheets super soft, space decorated nicely), to the amenities (spa). We had the half board added onto our package which meant we got breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a buffet style; with a ton of delicious options to select from. The lady attending breakfast was extremely friendly and attentive. We assumed the dinner would be similar to breakfast; buffet style but...

"Mon séjour s’est très bien passé ! La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, avec une climatisation efficace, ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible. "Very nice hotel walkable from the train station and one block off Niederdorf Area. Excellent location, friendly staff and nice breakfast with fruit, pastries, eggs to order, muesli, and meats and cheeses. No complaints at all. The price changed significantly in the week prior, so watch for that. We got a better deal closer in."
