"Condo was very clean. Bathroomsand kitchen. Checkin went smooth despite beibf very busy. The people at the desk for info regarding trams to park seemed rushed. Instructions were not so clear on tram service. Pirate pool was really busy. The bartender was extremely busy and took a while for service. He was very accommodating about finding me a seat for my ADA. Ordered burger which was not 100% beef as advertised. There were obvious fillers and some type of seasoning i didnt care for. Expensive to through out. Paid for Margherita with souvenir cup but didnt get the cup. I think price should have been changed due to the lack of cup. Other than that, great property for families. "
