"Really nice place with great amenities and lovely breakfast. The room was quite hot because the window doesn’t open but there was air con available to rectify the issue. "

"We were upgraded to a deluxe room on arrive, big spacious room which was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our nights stay. We stayed for the one night whilst we were in the city to see Lady Gaga, the beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean and shower great. Why this place has a bad reputation I don’t know, I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years and not had a bad stay!"
