My family of four stayed in this lovely inn at the end of December 2015. We were looking for a place to stay between attending a Manchester United Football game and visiting the English countryside. Room was not ready after arriving after check in time. Was given a different room and found it not clean. Got changed to another room and staff was fast to get crib for our child fast.

Room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was worth the expense. You do have to pay for parking, but that's begining to be standard at most airport hotels.

Everything was as it should be. Had to pay £10 for shuttle bus which was unexpected. I didn't have to pay this when I stayed at other similar nearby hotels. Need to take this into consideration when comparing prices.

Clean and well appointed rooms. The staff was incredible, friendly, and wonderfully accommodating. The breakfast was top notch. We've stayed here twice and will certainly stay again when we are in the area.

Had a little problem with the toilet but the staff said they would be quick to fix it. Other than that our stay was great. The food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Loved my stay! The staff was super friendly and nice, felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was perfect, I also dinned in the restaurant and loved everything. Banana Toffee Waffle dessert is well worth the calories!
