"I really enjoyed my stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Berlin. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around the city. After long days of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a quiet, relaxing space. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were efficient.
One area that could definitely use some improvement is housekeeping. While the room was generally clean, there were a few times when dirty drinking glasses and empty bottles were left behind instead of being cleared away during service, especially when I left a tip. It wasn't a major issue, but at a hotel of this caliber, I expected a little more attention to detail.
Overall, I had a great experience and would still highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Berlin as the best place to stay when visiting Berlin."
