"Generally the interior and exterior of property is not cleaned. Parking lot had lots of waste and empty beer bottles. Elevator had food on the walls for the 2 days we were there, never cleaned. Pool is not heated, hot tub is permanently out of order. Pool water is cloudy and dirty, did not go in because of this. Room is very dated and needs Reno. Beds are horrible, way too soft. The bed frame was broken and several wheels missing, looked under the bed to find it's held up with small chunks of scrap wood. Bathroom and shower sinks take forever to drain. The room overall is not very clean."

"The hotel is clean, pool area is clean. The pool is a little cooler than we like. Breakfast is good, fruits were disappointing and quite of rough looking. Coffee is gross. Rooms are a little smaller than we like, especially for a family"

"The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Sudbury with vehicle parking across the street. The hotel is quite dated and is in need of some upgrades. I personally did not feel very safe and would not recommend walking around at night as there are a lot of homelessness in this area. The breakfast was decent however there is no bathroom in the lobby/breakfast area and i was allowed to use the staff bathroom. Beds were soft, decor dated but clean. the elevator had a funky smell. the fitness centre did not look appealing - only 2 machines that didnt look like they were properly maintained. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious - mini kitchen was really nice. Not very sound proof. Heard our neighbours tv clearly in our room and they didn’t have it very loud. Bed side tables on either side of each bed would be helpful. (Relocated the chair side table for the night) Breakfast was ok. Not enough seating for more than 20 ish people. Nothing special and it abruptly ended when I found a long dark hair that wasn’t mine in my eggs. (Maybe a hair net for staff?). Pool was heated and son enjoyed the water slide. Happy kid is a bonus. In some regards it was good however I’m glad we only stayed one night. Not on my list to return to during our next stay in Sudbury."
