It seems the problem was there for long time because she put a plastic floormat in the room for me to stand on without getting my feet wet. The location was good. Staff was Ok. I have to arrange a different hotel on my own on that day and paid almost double to avoid staying on road. Hotel.com has not shown any interest for an alternate accommodate or refund the extra amount which i have to pay for their fault Pathetic experience, never book any hotel from hotel.com"
