"If you want a no-frills hotel that is easy to get to, clean and quiet, then this is fine. The inclusive breakfast is slightly spartan, but you can have as much as you like. Plenty of parking because it's situated at a motorway rest area and there's a restaurant adjoining as well. The service you don't see (room cleaning, etc) is better than the service you do see (the breakfast supplies can run low), but this is not a luxury establishment. I've stayed here a few times and will probably stay here...
