"Only spent the one night during our travels to Ottawa. We found the young lady who checked us in to be very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor and was very quiet, clean and with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was just what we needed before resuming our long drive the next morning. Great value for the price we paid!! We have already booked another night with this hotel for late October. We would highly recommend if ever in the area. "

"The gentleman working the desk when we checked in could not have been better, his name was Randy, and it was not hard to tell that he loves his job!! His personality was perfect for a client facing position. We have now stayed at this hotel several times and have never had a complaint. The location is perfect, with Champlain Place right across the street, and lots of places to eat close by."

"Always enjoy our stay here. Friendly staff, clean hotel and the location is great. The only issue was there is an apartment building being built beside the hotel and construction would start anywhere between 5:30 am and 6 am. Our room was on the back side of the hotel with the construction so it was a little annoying. Not the hotel's fault and we didnt asked to be moved but if you are staying at the hotel, ask for a room on the front side of the hotel."
