"We had a great stay. We were staying for a church camp so we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or free breakfast. Staff were nice. We needed more towels and washcloths as we are a family of 6. So we had to ask each day for extras. Other than that no complaints"

"I booked this room several months in advance for an event at Loretta Lynn's. When I booked this I requested and checked to be sure but I booked a nonsmoking room. We used to smoke and dont anymore so I would prefer a nonsmoking room. When we got to the hotel the front desk clerk was very apologetic because we didnt get our nonsmoking room.
