"Our rooms were satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay. One thing to note is that, although the complimentary breakfast was amazing, some of the servers had attitude issues. I do not blame them. There was a rush of people who dined in for breakfast, but their attitude and demeanor as they worked on the buffet table affected the mood of the venue. We overlooked it, but Customer Service is key to having a top notch Hotel. The front desk personnel were exceptional. Excellent!"

The hotel room was exceptional—spacious, modern, and featured a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the views. "I stayed here for 4 weeks. This place is very quiet, and away from most of the hustle and bustle. I’m pretty sure I was the only traveler here for probably 3 of the 4. This is the perfect place for the digital nomad who is country hopping. A bus and a tram will get you into downtown Sarajevo. The hosts were very hospitable. Just note that all the shops nearby are closed on Sunday, so plan accordingly."
