"Fantastic hotel and staff! They pay attention to the small details- for example, toothbrush holder in the bathroom, nice! Rooms are big, clean, nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable. They have a wonderful included buffet breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel called Lupo. Buffet but very fresh - they also make omelets - coffee is delicious! They have a nice shuttle to the beach - very helpful. Will definitely stay again."

"Such and great experience from staff to amenities to cleanliness. This was our second time at the Avenue and they didn't disappoint. We had a room with a balcony over-looking Rehobeth Rd which was very enjoyable. Room was super clean, towels were plenty and I appreciated the staff's helpfulness. We'll definitely be going back!"

"Love that it was next to beach and right in the middle of an active lifestyle for after hour beach time. Close to everything. Added plus was the parking garage. Must be a heavy sleeper as the nightlife will keep you up all night. But again....that's Dewey. Great place!"

"Atlantic Oceanside Dewey INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING staff is friendly enough, but they will NOT! answer any questions whatsoever. About Multiple hidden fees which go unexplained.(when I asked for an itemized bill, they could not furnish that for some reason they weren’t allowed to use the printer.?) Dirty rooms with no view ,Dirty pool , and filthy restaurant. I would not reccomend ."

If you stay many days, you have to let them know if you want your room cleaned; otherwise, they won’t do it, and you’ll end up without clean towels. I’d like to highlight the work of the gentleman who serves breakfast—he quickly prepares the waffles and brings them to the table. The breakfast is pretty good.""

"The room was clean, staff very friendly, LOVED having the pool and beach view to keep track of my teenagers going back and forth. The reataurants were great although it would have been nice if they had later hours! Literally no complaints and cannot wait to return! This was a senior trip for my daughter and her friends and they made friends all around them and so many memories!"

"This hotel should be condemned. It is disgusting. I've never seen a hotel room so filthy. The room has inches of dust, dirt and years of filth. We used an entire bottle of disinfectant spray and Clorox wipes and our own sheets and towels, just so we could make it through the night until we could find another hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. It was so dirty and unsafe, we had to leave a night early with no refund, and move to another hotel. Other guests were doing the same. I can't...

"Clean rooms (we rented 2) and nice staff. Very convenient to route 1 (shopping, food & beach). Nice pool with perfect water temperature! Would definitely stay again on another visit."

"This hotel is conveniently located near the Tanger Outlets, with ACME market right cross the street. The hotel suites are recently renovated, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Free breakfast also includes several different fresh fruits."
