"Location is great. ALL rooms need updated. Fresh paint new beds, pillows. The check in was the worse. Yeah I arrived early but after over 8 hour drive room still was not ready until 4:30 or later. Love how close beach is, how close all restaurants are. First time at this location. The area for clothes had 4 hangers but they didn’t even fit the bar too small. No drawers just empty hole where drawers are to be. Stayed 5 days no maid service would be nice just to have a broom to sweep my own room. These are the reasons for not a full 5 stars. All in all not bad like I said for location. The staff is there to help with fresh towels or anything you need."

"This hotel was very clean and well run. I appreciated how attentive the staff was, they were always available to assist. Property and rooms were kept very clean and organized. Access to beach was great, and the free chairs and towels were super convenient. Bonus was the free snacks and breakfast which were always very tasty. All in all, would recommend!!"

"Property was very clean. Excellent location just steps to the beach. Host Mike was great with directions and communication about check in. Outside shower is really nice. Quiet area which was also very nice."

"We had a great time together this week, plenty of room for everyone to sit around the table and play games in the kitchen, nice backyard meant we cooked on the grill most nights, living room was cozy and perfect for hanging out. Ceiling fan in every room meant even when it was ridiculously hot and humid outside the house stayed pleasant. One thing to know that is in no way the fault of the owners is don’t get upset when you look out and see someone parked in a spot right in front of the house. That’s a city thing, it’s legal for them to be there but there’s plenty of parking around it. We had 2 full size trucks and a car they fit just fine. I called the rental company and couple times about random things and they are amazing. Access to the beach is 4 houses down, very easy walk. Nice beach and not as crowded as some of the others. Walmart delivers to the house if you forget anything and there’s mini golf and restraints a short walk away. Rehoboth beach wasn’t walking distance for us bc I refuse to walk on a road with that much traffic with a stroller but it is possible. Check out time is earlier that most any I’ve ever stayed in and after being here 8 nights that’s not ideal but other than that I have no regrets about staying here. Thank you for sharing your home. It was a nice relaxing getaway for the 4th of July."

"Great house! Close to everything!!! Especially loved being so close to the beach! Loved the open space upstairs & the surfboards stored on top were so cool! Hoping to rent again next year!!!"
