"The hotel room was what we signed on for though it was a little dated. Everything worked in the room, bed and room was clean. Staff were very helpful. Also, being relatively close to Gateway Boulevard, it was extremely quiet there. If you are looking for an efficiency unit w/washer and dryer, I would recommend this property."

"I did not eat breakfast, but I did eat at the bar and I would say that the food was just ok. The rooms were clean and maid cleaned my room each day and did a great job. The check in went well and they did it quickly. The exterior of the hotel was kept well as well as the inside, but the carpets in the lobby and hallways to the room are stretched and it is time they either got stretched or replaced. For people that do not lift their feet they could trip. Despite these things I enjoyed my stay and would stay again but would like to see the above improvements ."

"Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly and engaging staff. Transients situated outside in the parking lot along the north wall of the building could be heard moaning and yelling incoherently during the daytime. Hotel reception addressed the issue appropriately, and with sensitivity and dignity."
