Weve stayed there about twice every 3 months since you opened in Beaumont and now there is no comparison to what you used to offer. Sorry to say this will be our last time to use AVID in Beaulmont; will shop and reserve elsewhere there. Rooms are still very good and everywhere cleanliness is very good. "

"This hotel is undergoing renovations. We checked in and immediately was informed that the elevator was not working and had to take a service elevator. Ran into a lady that informed us the service elevator had just broken down as well. We had to walk eight flights of stairs to get back to the lobby. All I can say is that the staff understood our concerns and helped us obtain a refund. "

"The breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Staff were so personable and helpful. Building was quiet. Literally the only downfall is the water pressure in the room. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and spacious but most of the equipment in the gym/spa didn’t work. The indoor pool is not heated so not useable. The breakfast was not great they had a poor selection, and anemic chicken sausage, cold eggs, oat meal was almost out. The staff was pleasant and did thier best to accommodate but the hotel needs to fix the amenities advertised it was disappointing "
