The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Commercial filming, Movie filming, all Production type, photography of any kind required approval by Host and fees apply.
Clean up behind yourself, clean bathrooms after usage.
Wash all dishes used and take out Trash, can location on the side of the garage in the back yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Filming and any production type requires Host approval.
No smoking inside the house of any kind including vape. If you smoke inside $500 fee will be charged. Smoking outside is allowed in fire pit area.
