"It was a nice stay"

"This is not like other hotels. Check in was quick and they were very helpful. We asked questions about parking and the desk clerk was very helpful. They offered complimentary fruit and water. Our room was better than I could have ever expected. It was spotless and quiet. We had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and even a dishwasher! My girls and I ordered door dash because we wanted to enjoy our room as opposed to going out. This is the second time we stayed there for a show at the palace. And we will be back. My favorite hotel ever by far."

"Didn’t like how we had to pay to park in the parking garage. Should be included with your stay. Free breakfast on the 13th floor was good but could have had a couple more things to pick from."

"Didn't have hot water for a day and shower never got hot even after fix, advertised washer/dryer was out of order, minimally/oddly equipped kitchen (no drying rack, but really nice coffepot, for example). BUT place/sheets/fridge etc were clean, TVs in every room, and didn't see any bugs or anything. Other than no hot water and w/d, I'd be willing to say this would be good for younger people but if you're a little older or have a young kid, maybe not for you."

"It was a wonderful experience to return to Albany and to stay in a lovely, immaculate, well-maintained, spacious townhouse. Our host Earl saw to it that all our needs were met or exceeded. We enjoyed our family Christmas celebration. We went out for dinner on our first night and found excellent dining within five blocks of our accommodations. The entire experience captured the best of Albany’s vibrant diversity and charming beauty. "
