"Ok"

"I was surprised that with a three day stay, my room was not cleaned or replenished once. I didn’t leave a do not disturb sign on the door and there wasn’t an option to opt out of service. I had an ask for shower toiletries each day at the front desk which I’ve never had to do at any hotel. Given how many other hotels there are in the area, I won’t be staying here again."

"The staff was great except the manager that was no where to be found. The property was clean. Breakfast was boring. While we were there the boiler was broken??? So no hot water or water pressure. We were there for 3 days and got a hot shower the last day. I know that this is not the staffs fault. But I left a message for the manager and she never contacted us. We are going to be traveling to that area often and we will be finding a different place."

"The room stinked , the floor was rippled and moved when walked on. The hallway had collapsed floor. The handicap shower was a bit slippery. The desk manager couldn't even understand a simple question. I asked if someone turned in a bag with a computer in. He said I don't understand. I said it more than once got the same dumb look and I don't understand. I got kinda mad, and said well I'm speaking English!! Still got the dumb look. The room was right next to the elevator. I've stayed there...

"Very nice hotel. Good value."

"The—staff were accommodating and helpful overall. The staff in the restaurant and bar were knowledgeable and pleasant."

"I just needed a room for one person to stay overnight after a late-night event in the area. The facility and room were fine. Bathroom was very spacious, TV worked, beds were nicely made, continental breakfast was not extensive but had good options (waffle iron, yogurt, etc.), parking was easy, staff was friendly. This wouldn't have been my first choice if I was looking for a family vacation spot but for a single traveler the price was excellent and I got what I needed."

"This was one of the best hotels stays we’ve ever had. The property is clean and updated. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room/suite we stayed in was extremely large and the bed was so comfy. Such a great value for the price! Not sure where are future travels will take us, but we hope to return to enjoy this hotel again!"

"Beautiful historic hotel"
