Staff was friendly and breakfast was satisfying. Hotel overall was old and in need of repairs: Carpeting, elevator is still broken from last trip, security lock on door was missing, stains on curtains and sheets, stoppers missing from drains, doors to stairwells were propped open.

It was very clean and the staff was very attentive. It was nice and quiet even with a hotel full of kids. I would recommend this hotel to anyone trying to do Hershey park. Rates were quite reasonable.

The property is clean and well decorated. Our room had a “repaired” curtain rod that didn’t fully let the curtain close. When we arrived we were advised that the elevator is out of service. We requested a 1st floor room because my foot was in a medical boot. Unfortunately the best they could do was a second floor room near the staircase. I appreciated the effort, but it did put a damper on our 3 day stay.

Staff was kind and helpful in resolving our issues (very loud pipe hammer) by moving us to another room. Their manager, not on site, was unwilling to take a phone call from them, so they did their best. New room was an improvement, but we did find dog hair on the couch cushions. The room was quiet, and we slept well. As always, check-in and out were easy, and we appreciate the 12pm check-out time. Breakfast has gone downhill; as a gluten-free eater, I was disappointed to see that the breakfast protein was battered and fried (and not very good, according to my husband). Still, it was a decent stay. Desk staff was kind enough to manage our next booking (several months ahead) by placing us in a non-highway side room. While it wasn't the greatest hotel experience ever, it beats the last two we've had by a mile.
