"The building is outdated and the roof leaks in multiple places, there was algae growing all along the edges of the pool, I used the restroom right after it was cleaned and even though there was blue cleaner in the toilet basin, there was urine on the seat when I lowered it, and only 2 out of 6 staff we encountered were friendly. On the upside, the pool was large, nice and warm, and there is a hot tub!"

"BED BUGS!!! Me an my girlfriend both woke up at 1230 getting bit an left with pictures. Tried calling them several times the evening before about getting a clean blanket cause ours smelled an no answer I go to office a there’s 5 people standing there around the phone. So when I called them during there operating hours she said I should have called a left a message a she would have gotten back with me during buisness hours…this happens at 1230 at night. Worst experience imaginable"

I did appreciate that the code is changed to get into the house and the WiFi password was changed between guests.We stay in VRBO in order to cook vs eat out all the time. This kitchen did not have any mixing bowls and we had to go buy our own. There was nothing to mix pancakes in, a salad, marinate meat, ect which was incredibly frustrating.
