"Nice looking hotel, good reception staff. Room was a bit tired and a few hairs on the quilt. But overall fine"

"Warm welcome, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared and excellent choice of hot and cold food and drinks."

"I really like the atmosphere and the staff are so helpful. It seems they are nicely staffed, so there was no waiting which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay there again."

"Restaurant and bar and our room was in the very old building which is part of a more modern complex. Room had no heating and we needed it in the evening. Staff were nice when you could find them, too few staff doing too many jobs. Bar was open but couldn't find a bar person to get a drink, too busy serving in the restaurant I think? Had sirloin stake meal for dinner which was not that great considering it was £36pp for a lot of gristle. Booked joint massage well in advance of visit but on the...

"The hotel is a business focused conference venue with good facilities and loads of meeting rooms. My only complaint was restaurant closes at 9:00 and there is no room service."

"It's very nice and in a beautiful location."

"A lovely hotel which was super quiet in an immaculately clean room. I appreciated the upgrade to a double bed room as as well as the delightful molten brown toiletries. I would definitely recommend if visiting Guildford the town centre is on the doorstep of the hotel."

"Do not be fooled by the pictures it’s very tired. It smells. The windows not cleaned on don’t know how long. Faulty towers would be better and certainly not worth half of what they charge. Unless blind and lost sense of smell. Avoid."

"My stay at the Angel Hotel was lovely. My ONLY note is that the street is closed off everyday between 11am-6pm so getting dropped off right in front of the hotel with luggage is not possible. Also, there's no elevator, so if you have very heavy luggage like I did, you'll either need to lug it up a few flights of stairs or get help. My room was at the very back of the building and I had a glorious tub to soak in."

"The staff at the Ragged Robin were delightful, always helping out and answering any questions we had. Shout out to Harrison for being so welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved enjoying a non alcoholic draft beer in the garden overlooking the canal. Truly a beautiful place to unwind. We will be back!"

"Great people and great location. Staff was wonderful and very friendly."

"Friendly welcome and a clean room."

"English Breakfastがよかった。"

"Beautiful country pub type hotel. Quaintand very tastefully presented. Lovely room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. If i have any negative it is minor. The windows were not double glazed and neded a bit of paint. Otherwise excellent"
