"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"Staff where invisible. Room had no coffee or tea making facilities, bed badly stained, carpet badly stained. Light fixtures loose on the wall, TV not working. Bar and restaurant closed although advertised as open. No hot water. Altogether very poor, definitely not worth the money."

"It is the second time we've stayed here and will not be the last. Overall a very pleasant stay. Our room on -1 was clean and comfortable. However on our late arrival we arrived to find the ac turned down to 18°C and this the room was very very cold, taking all night to become a comfortable temperature as the system did not heat. In the morning the proximity of the lovely little gym meant very noisy shouting and machine use which prevented us from sleeping beyond 7am. Breakfast was good, however...
