"Phone number given in booking and on website didn't work. Quick email reply though as I was arriving late in the evening I wanted to make sure I was able to pick up the key. The key was in a safe and all worked beautifully. I didn't get the wifi password, and a bit of a noisy neighbour first night but otherwise all good. "

"Listing didn't indicat that it was in a 7 story block of flats. Check in information was was confusing and toke time to figure out how to get in. Lighting was extremely poor, especially in the bathroom area, which made it difficult to do make up. Seemed to have every appliance except a toaster. Flat need maintenance to the back door, the sink tap spray water everywhere, needs better lighting, blinds that block out the light, over the door hanger stop the door closing.
