Hotel with a Concierge in Venezuela

"This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIVES!!! if you really want to feel like a million dollars and be treated like a King, PLEASE PLEASE and if you make it to Caracas, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL... The staff I can say hands down is the best I have ever seen in my life, even in movies... the Outstanding treatment we got from the moment we arrived was again out of this world, the facilities are nothing but incredible, the attention to detail has no words.. But make sure to stay more...

I had a very unwelcoming experience at the hands of their night staff at 11 p.m. They would not let me through the door without my receipt but even that was not good enough to give me a room. Thankfully, Expedia refunded my money, when even talking to them seemed too much to expect for the night staff person. Highly recommend you skip this place."
