"Spotlessly clean, comfortable suites, great location "

"Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you "

"Chairs being taken up with towels for hours and no one using them. No dishes and cutlery in room.Beds were comfy but pillows were horrible. "

"For the money we spent, we found the people working there to be quite rude and unhelpful. Beds were uncomfortable and it was quite loud at night making it hard to sleep. Water park closed early on a hot day. Not worth it "

"Stayed here a few times over the years just for 1 night or two while visiting benidorm palace, it's just a 5 minute walk away and is ideal. Its always been clean and tidy but the refit is very modern, the staff are very friendly. "
