Location, Location, Location. What a wonderful place to stay during our short trip to Santiago. The church, shops and restaurants were just steps away from the hotel which is ideal if you are in Santiago for a short stay.

On the evening of the ninth, the afternoon front desk, staff Alessandra and Hugo we’re absolutely outstanding. We had checked into a room that had a issue they worked very hard to resolve the issue so that we had a more comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and especially that afternoon staff at the front desk we’re outstanding.

The room was very clean but slightly on the smaller side. I loved the rooftop pool and bar. The hotel isn’t directly central but there is an underground station at the end of the road that is a short journey away from central areas and a shopping mall just behind the hotel. The only downside for me was that there was no desk with a mirror - ideally where I’d usually put my makeup/skincare etc so was a little tight for space.

The room was very modern but a little small for 4 (double and pull out sofa bed.) great roof top bar and pool but be aware that it’s only small so just for a dip/ cool off. The hotel was very nice but think I would choose a different location next time
