"This five star all-inclusive resort was wonderful and I would recommend booking a vacation stay there again! The pool staff catered to your every need with lounge chairs, choice of beverage, pool games, and upbeat music; the pool was humongous and had a capacity of 2,012 people. Some residents in the privilege section had a private row of pool water outside their hotel rooms. For the main pool area, they had a special shaded pool area with cabanas and lounge chairs. The resort had nice amenities, all you can eat food dining options, and international cuisines like ra, Thali, Sugar Cane, Route 66, and Laconda. However, you had to give your room number and last name each time you dined. There was a movie theater, bowling, disco dance room, sports bar, live reggae band, a lazy river, and a beach that was steps away! They even had a kids waterpark too! At times, internet connectivity was poor, and we had to wear a resort bracelet at all times to identify ourselves as guests.To get a blue pool towel we had to present a special card that they kept until we returned it. If the towel or card isn't returned then the replacement fee was $150 USD. It would have been better to just have those stocked in the hotel rooms. The hotel elevators were narrow a did not have good air ventilation. Upon check out, once they remove your hotel bracelet, you have limited time to vacate the premises. If not, they continue to check on you to inquire for safety reasons and to ensure you are a guest. "

"This property was amazing. This was the second hotel resort in the Ocean Brand that I have had the opportunity of visiting. The only thing that could of been better was the prompt response of service. In certain areas the luggage guys was prompt in responding. But when it came to finding out the answer to something, and service in the restaurants was a little slow.Overall I would definitely recommend, great location,beautiful property,great people,great entertainment. 8 out of 10"

"Just came back from a Wonderful and awesome vacation in Jamaica. Spending five nights at the Great Deja Resort. August 4th to August 9th 2025. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful staff, from security to the bellhop. The receptionist Taniki was helpful loving, kind and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and have the best vacation ever. The other receptionist they were all great, so sorry not to get all the names. But another outstanding one was Lauren . Hope that is her name Deborah and Satia and the rest of crew from the dining room make me feel like a king when I goes for breakfast. The bartenders are very very very great, I mean all of them. Can't wait to be back next year. Went to Jamaica to celebrate my mom and dad 55 wedding anniversary. My mom and dad stayed at the hotel they didn't want to leave My dad called me today and said that he and mom is dying to go back because the staff are great and the food is great "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the S hotel. There are many great food options, we tried all of the restaurants and enjoyed all of them. The grill at the pool is always a great option as well. we were able to try many Jamaican dishes enjoyed them all. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our room was neat and the room was always clean. the shower and tub were great. we stayed at either the pool or the beach area for many hours of our stay. There is live entertainment every night and several activities daily. We also took advantage of the spa treatments and the irie baths. I highly reccomend the S hotel and I will visit again in the future."

"We travel a lot and have stayed in many resorts and hotels however this particular hotel /resort did it for us. The food, the ambiance, cleanliness and the way the staff were attentive to our need was 👌 We cannot to visit again soon. The price for the stay really worth it."
