"Me and my boyfriend had a great time. No water pressure issues or ac issues like some of the bad reviews on Google say. The rooms are a little small but good enough for two people. We got an ocean view room and it was beautiful. The food at the buffet was good. We didn’t go to any of the restaurants. The jerk hut was good and convenient as well. "Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. We went to breakfast at 9am as breakfast was from abt 7am to 10am. "We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return."
