"I got scammed."

"house was great, perfect for a big group with plenty of clean comfortable bedrooms and communal spaces. Tons of built-in activities in the house between the big backyard, the pool, and the game room. and communication with the host was clear and prompt. highly recommend!"

"The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)"

"The breakfast was excellent here! The room was clean and I felt safe there. I would stay here again. Also, the lady who checked me in was so friendly! I had a long day of driving and was tired, and she was such a friendly and warm person."

"Friendly staff, quick check in, easy parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to Bear Mountain. Nice restaurant. No elevator in Overlook Lodge so a few trips required to bring luggage upstairs."

"No hot water and no water pressure. Had to move our room. This was extremely inconvenient since we had already unpacked. Lighting in room was dim."

"Everything was wonderful. I would definitely book again!"

"Room was clean, staff was pleasant... overall great stay"

"Pleasant staff. Clean room. Lots of amenities."

"It’s got a great view -but the property is getting old and need some attention!"

"Great stay"

"The place was okay, hair in the bathroom and towels. The room was very tired. Need a refurbishment. The lobby was great, and the bar was nice. Front desk staff was great."
