"Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well kept. The only thing we found was that the rug was not vacuumed under the pull out sofa. We found an old pill, some dirt and crumbs, but it wasn’t too bad. We did have very noisy neighbors, but that is to be expected anywhere you go, especially on graduation weekend. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. "This is the second time we have stayed here and it won’t be our last. We love walking along the canal and enjoying the shops in Schoen place. The whole place is very clean."

"Sleeps 12? Only 3 coffee cups? Coffee makers are nasty and no filters! Not quiet. Directly across the street from a convenience store, headlights all night. Within feet from a small apartment building. Blinds broken in 2of the bedrooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom dirty! Dryer was also non functional. Driveway is narrow and turning around requires a 4 point turn."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family spent Christmas here, to be close by my daughter & grandkids. I had every thing I needed to cook Christmas dinner. Lots of plates, silverware, utensils, appliances, and my grandkids had a blast with the ping pong table in the converted garage. "

"Cheryl was very responsive to questions asked.The kitchen was well stocked, laundry in the basement which was great to have. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced backyard with a small patio that I would have used if it wasn’t winter with snow. Rooms were clean. Would definitely stay again."

"Overall, I think our visit went extremely well. The staff was helpful and when the coffee pot went out in the room it was replaced quickly. I did feel that the prices of the restaurant, bar, and other facilities were extremely high. Could have used a microwave in the room."

"Terrible customer service. Asked for a hairdryer for three days straight and it was never delivered to our room. Requested a room that looked into the atrium from a higher floor was given first floor that faced highway. Right beside outside door that didn’t stay locked and banged all night. Room was clean, but floor was filthy. Found garbage on the floor."
