"Joshua's place was a FANTASTIC place to use as a "homebase" for touring the Saratoga Springs area. We were in town to tour historical sites and the close proximity to Saratoga National Battlefield, U.S. Grant's Cottage and even Ft. Ticonderoga (a short hour+ drive through the beautiful countryside) was the best feature. The natural and serene community surrounding the house made you feel a world away from the city yet it was only a short drive to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the race...

"We were in Saratoga to celebrate my birthday and go to a concert at SPAC with family and friends who lived in the surrounding areas. We had the BEST time. This house was absolutely perfect - comfortable, clean, convenient. I could not have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to stay here and will definitely be back. "Much needed family retreat! We lost our daughter-in-law last year, so we postponed our family vacation until this year. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was a great time of healing and renewal. The house is charming, but a little drafty. Plenty of rooms for our large family. We had a bit of trouble getting in on the first day (not the fault of the host), but Vasili was very responsive and we figured out the problem. Beautiful location!"

"Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice, and the indoor pool with the waterslide was a big hit. However, the bathroom sink was clogged throughout our stay, and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable. Overall, it was a good stay, but those issues kept it from being excellent."

"I have been going to Lake George since I was a child..this was my first time at this motel. My family and I spent 2 nights, what a great place. Had a balcony room with lake view. Would definitely stay there again, close to the village."

"Definitely not like it was advertised. Very dated motel that could use some work. A few light bulbs were missing and some of the ones there were the spiral ones. Bathroom had old wallpaper with mold at the seams. Bathtub wouldn't drain properly and filled up as I showered. TV worked well as did the air conditioning. Parking could be a problem if you come back late. The lot is small and tight. Also, the indoor pool is in separate building in the back of the property and not attached to anything....

"What a gem this place is. I typically don’t stay in motel like places. However, this place had good reviews so I gave it a try. I was totally surprised and impressed at the modern, clean room, the entire resort is so well kept and clean. The amenities are fantastic whether you’re traveling as a couple or a family.
