"Lots of space to spread out at this property with 3 living areas, large deck and 4 bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked which made our trip to the grocery much easier. Larry couldn’t have been more helpful! He met us at check in to make sure we had all the information about the house that we needed for a great week’s stay. "On check in day, walking into the room, it smelled very clean! The ac worked incredibly well and the needs were comfy. My sister and I had a beach side room so we could walk out our door and right down a few stairs to some loungers in the sand. The pool on the property was perfect as well! "Excellent stay here!!!! Stayed in the value double queen room and it was actually very nice, no complaints at all. The breakfast and lunch during the day was very delicious. Property was well maintained and clean the entire trip. Even the beach area was excellent. They take well care of the Georgian and I will definitely be back. I’ve stayed at the Surfside and Fort William Henry in the past and this is by far my favorite place to stay. Easy walk to town. Could not recommend enough."

"The room though upgraded had a bad smell. Not enough shelves to put toiletries in bathroom. In the hotel restaurant, our breakfast took 30 mins to cook (eggs) and mine were cold. The waiter was unfriendly and didn't care yet the prices were high."
