"We were there to see the Neuschwanstein Castle and Sabina helped get us tickets at the last minute. She put us in room 45 which had a clear view of the castle which was awesome! Not sure if she did that specifically because it was my wifes birthday but, we like to think so! Great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we are back in the area!"

"Excellent location. The halbpension was great value. Wonderful breakfast and Andre(?) , the food director, did an outstanding job at dinner. The spa is also a nice treat after a day of touring the castles. The place is huge and any kind of service is difficult to come by. Also our room in the Alpenrose section had a very strange layout…half the space was taken up by a large bathtub. "
