"Everything was excellent!"

"Overall, the stay was ok; we were just passing through. The building was a bit older and had some visible damage. Once you got past the lobby area, there was just a dank, wet smell everywhere. Like a basement. It was a rainy day in Florida, so maybe that made it worse, but it was a little unpleasant. The breakfast was decent and made the stay worth the value. We were not concerned about safety for us or our car in the parking lot, and there were plenty of food options around."

"Easy parking room clean"

"Next time I am needing motel in Lake City, will plan to stay at this location."

"Good breakfast, clean quiet room...BUT ...the advertised on site restaurant was not there “we’ve never had one”. I’m beginning to wonder if the problem might be with Expedia. There was garbage still in the trash cans; had a maintenance person, some sort...

"This is an OLDER Quality Inn. The perimeter hotel was kinda sketchy, it’s a typical trucker motel, like I have stayed at many times before. But the rooms were clean and the area facing the pool were presentable. There were a lot of businesses and restaurants around the area. It was ok for a one night stay. We didn’t didn’t stay to try the breakfast as we had to leave early but there was a McDonald’s right across the street"
