"The staff were very nice and helpful. This rating is based on getting what you pay for. In that context, the weeknight tariff was good value. It was clean and comfy. However, in line with other comments the property is well past its best in terms of condition. Somewhat rundown is apt. "No issue with the property itself, they are renovating so good things to come I am sure. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot enough. It was a cold morning in Putaruru, and I really wanted a nice steaming hot shower, but sadly it just wasn't hot enough."

"We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Clean rooms, kitchen with essential items, spacious. The TV was not a smart TV which meant no YouTube or Netflix. They had other channels but found it difficult to select movies. Ideal location as across the road are numerous fast food outlets plus Woolworths grocery store and many attractions nearby. The restaurant wasn't operational. Overall a good stay."
